was a low yielding year that produced great intensity of character in all of
our wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon
opens with aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and cigar box. Flavors of roasted espresso, bramble
berries and black pepper are evident on the palate. The tannins are substantially structured
but well integrated, giving the wine body and creaminess. It would pair well with steaks, sausages,
mushrooms and anything on the grill.
