Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of twenty year old vines and sixty+ year old vines to give us both great fruit expression, earthiness and structure. The wine opens with notes of blackberry, graphite, cedar, cigar box and black cherry. The palate is broad and complex with flavors of dark forest fruits, baking spices, milk chocolate and fragrant espresso. The tannins are firm but well integrated making this wine rich and supple. It is drinking lovely now and will age gracefully in the cellar for 15-20 years.
