Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon has all the hallmarks we love from the  wines on our property; fruit intensity, structure and balance. The nose opens with aromas of black raspberry, forest fruits, cigar box and wet earth.  The palate is rich and expressive with flavors of milk chocolate, warm barrel spices, blackberry pie, and fresh ground pepper.  The palate is broad and rich with well structured tannins but also remains vibrant and fresh.  It is drinking lovely now and will age gracefully in the cellar for 15-20 years.
